  1. I'm making image with sprites, I'd use them in my game. However, it would be much easier if an image editor would allow a use of the guide lines along which I can modify particular sprites ( and select these ). When searching I found this: http://forums.getpai...82-ruler-lines/ In this discussion ( 5 years old ) it turns out there's no such feature, bur Rick assured it might be added in later releases. How are the things now? Is it already implemented? If not, maybe there are plugins which would do the job? The only alternative I see is GIMP, but I hate it to be honest. It's a shame it has the rulers though. Cheers, Thomas
  2. What problems exactly do you have with creating a transparent logo? A Targa image file format ( *.tga files ) are excellent in your case, since they do allow the transparency. Just make your image, make sure you have transparency in your image ( you know it by the check-board pattern in a background ) and simply save it as *.tga file.
