Ok so i have this and i want the red to be in the circle and the white to be on the outside but i haven't the slightest idea how to, i put invert colors and it made them blue so please if you can help me out i would appreciate it

I had a picture of my self and i edited and saved it and i need it unedited ive looked everywhere and i cant seem to find any answer so thx in advance i need it for school tomorrow

OK im working on Zelda a link to the past images and those things are like 24 pixels an object is there a way i can make the pixel bigger without stretching or re sizing cause that make it all blurry Look okif you cant see them here http://i54.tinypic.com/53r6gx_th.png http://i54.tinypic.com/11w94ra_th.png THE LITTLE ONE IS THE NORMAL SIZE then i re size it and it looks blurry you might not see it but in the game it looks too real
