Hi, is it not possible for you to adjust the package to uninstall the old version first then install the new one? In my 10 years of netwrok manager I never had to uninstall the old software before installing the updated version. Also if you just double click on the msi and not using GPO it is the same. Regards

Hi, I already have Paint .net 3.0 installed, the installer says it is removing the old version. I would expect the old version to be removed by the installer as it is happening with most software that update them self to a new version. It is difficulte for me to uninstall it first from all the computers before installing the new version. Much more in the future I am sure that lots of users will want to update there installation of Paint .net to a new version, therefore you would expect that when deploying a new version it will take care of the uninstallation of the old version. I created an msi from the installer file using the /createmsi switch with no other option.
