Please forgive me. I'm a non-techie & need baby simple instructions: 1. Buy & download FastPictureViewer Codec Pack 3.1. 2. Install this plugin in Paint.net Is awrload.zip the plugin to put in Paint.net? After extracting, does it go in Effects or File types? Sorry for the dumb questions!
