Thanks for the help. Clicking on 'hidden content' reveals the thread that contains link to download the plugin. I would be lost without user forums.

Can someone make me a road map? I have downloaded the plugin index and found the plugin that I want within the index but now what? For example, the plugin is titled 'align object', the topic number is 4193 (what's this?), the author is moc426, and a description. So armed with this information I do what? Thanks,

The plugin pack that I am wishing to remove is "Effects-MegaloPack.Paint.net.v19". This pack didn't appear to have created an uninstall file during installation. There are many files in the Effects folder, some DLL's, '1 File', and Text Files. I am considering just removing Paint.net and deleting all associated folders and then install a fresh copy of Paint. Thanks for the help.

Recently I jumped the gun and installed a plugin that included many Adjustments and Effects. Undoubtedly this plugin will be useful in the future but being a new user I want to first get acquainted with just the stock Adjustments and Effects that came with paint.net. So having said all that, how do I uninstall a plugin?

Thanks for the links. Indeed Paint.net has the means to create buttons and much more. I welcome any other helpful information from others.

Greetings everyone, newbie to paint.net and this forum. Before spending too much time learning Paint.net I wanted to know if it will meet my needs. I dabble with making my own DVD menus and wanted to expand my creativeness with making my own buttons and graphic images to use on these DVD menus. DVD menu buttons that look good requires image mask overlays and/or manipulating image and color attributes. Bottom line question: Does Paint.net have all of the tools needed to create DVD menu buttons, and are there tutorials that explain how-to? Thanks for your replies, and being kind to this newbie. lol
