Upshaw

I was simply wondering the best means in Paint.Net to use a black and white image and use it as the alpha channel of my image, with white being opaque and black being fully transparent. I looked through the plugins on the site and didn't see anything that seemed to resemble what I was after. Any insight on the matter is much appreciated. Regards ~Upshaw
