my paint.net doesn't install

Can´t install Paint. NET after removing its folder (there was no reference of the program in the Add/Remove Control Panel, neither an "uninstall" feature in Paint:Net folder). Now, after removing, reinstall, repair, etc all my Net Frameworks (1.1, 2, 3.0 3.5) and cleaning the registry, I can´t install 3.5.8 version. "...configuration corrupted...contact...(1610). What can I do? Thanks for any support.
