Paint net only has a paint brush on the Tools menu is there anywhere I can get a air brush?

I saw an article about downloading some software to be able to use TWAIN when scanning for 64 bit systems. Is there anything out there that I can download so I can acquire an image from my scanner that just uses TWAIN 32 bit?
