    Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have helped. I'll see whether I can get the program to work on another computer. Hopefully, it's just some interaction with something else I'm running.

    I seem to be having a problem with plug-ins not being accessible as well. Below is the contents of my Effects directory: I have "unblocked" the DLLS. Reinstalled Paint.Net. Tried creating an Effects directory in the Paint.NET User Effect directory and everything else I can think of. What am I missing? Thank you very much for the help. ***Eventually a cool sig will go here ***
