Mister Not So Technical

Hi people, Been a while since I've posted here. I'm trying to get a certain effect like a photo I came across. You'll notice that around the edges of the photo it looks like it's crumbling away, or breaking away. That's the effect I am trying to get. Help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time everyone!

By that I mean I want certain parts of my text to be links. I don't know if this is possible with paint.net.

I'm trying to figure out how to get a certain look on an image. See the attached photo. You'll notice the different colours ranging from the start to the finish. That is the effect I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. On Paint.NET there are the usual Selection tools Rectangle Select Ellipse Select Lasso Select What I was wondering is if there was a Plugin with different kinds of select tools. By that I mean, instead of the rectangle select, where you can have a Rectangle or Square and then crop your picture (I know the select tool has other purposes but this is what I am after) Maybe there is a star select tool, so, when you use it and crop your photo it will be in the shape of a star, or maybe a hexagon, or any other various shapes. If this is around I would be much obliged to anyone to show me where. Thanks!

Hi. I'm trying to figure out how to make a picture one colour at the start, say from the top, them as it moves done gradually going into another colour, darker till it reaches the bottom, while having all the colours blend nicely. I'm sure this is easy but I'm newish to the program. The best example I can give is this picture, see the characters in the background? Really really need help. Thanks.

Hi I'm very new to Paint.net, I use it all the time, but I'm trying to expand my knowledge on the program. After looking through many topics, I couldn't find one on making cool borders. I'm trying to make a beveled border within a certain size, but the option I currently have on paint doesn't really do it for me. If there is any tutorials on making them I would appreciate the help, thanks. Darren
