I play a game called secondlife and do some photos in world. I use to have photoshop but don't anymore. I decided to get paint.net. I've went through all the plugins that have been posted on this site. However, I have no found a single one that has a soften/blur tool brush like Photoshop has. Does anyone know where i can get such a plug in? One that use a tool and not an effect? I'd like to use it to smooth/soften/blur edges round an object or avatar. If anyone knows of one, it would be highly appreciated. And if there isn't, does anyone know if there will be one in the future? Thanks.
