The program is not installed,all of a suden the message appears: Irreversible error durin the installation.

I need to cover some details about the photo such as: date - location, etc.. - Until now I used the brush tool with a stroke to cover the details I have mentioned, but I can not run it with the mouse perfectly horizontal line. There is another way that I could use? Thanks

I am using the program recently and I still have difficulties. How do I cut out a portion of the image and then save it without see the emptiness of the part removed? For example, with Picasa by bounding the portion to be retained and all that is outside of the selection is deleted with a click. And with Paint? gabonik
