What is that font below this comment? I mean above

Basically I need to know how to stretch a design that is selected. Say the image point at top left courner point is at (40, 50) on a grid and bottum left is (40, 10). I want to be able to stretch image so that image left points are at (20, 10) and bottum left is still at (40, 10).
