kk when i went to unstall it said i need the MSI for it Now i got it unstalled but it wont install without the MSI now

i was Recently going to Update my Paint.net but When i did i got a pop up say The Feature you are trying to use is on a network reasource that is unavailable. Also says its the PaintDotNet_1751782166.MSI is missing
