Dulatus

Hi, i want to edit a Manual an replace the english description with a german translate. Everytime i add a new text and go to the next text or erase another text i cannot edit the previous text. So i have to be extra careful with each text i edit. It ist something with layers? i'm new to paint.net and dont know much about picture editing software. Thanks for help!
