Hello everyone,
I been using Paint.net for a while but never install a plugin before. I read the instruccions and fallowthem to the "t", but just at the end when you get to the propeties of paint.net and I try to paste to the effects file , I get a message that says that I need permission from the administrator to add the plugins. OK I am not sure what to do, or how to get the permission that I need. I really would like to add new effects and learn how to used them. Can someone give for imput on these.
