  2. Paint.Net 4.0.13 takes almost a full minute to start in any build of Windows 10 Maybe time for a new release??

  9. In this OP Rick, you said a release wood be soon? How soon would that be?
  10. I would think a thread that states which Plug-ins ARE working with PDN 4.0 would be more useful.
  11. Is there any possible way to run both builds at the same time? I don't think so but I will ask anyway.
  12. OK, thanks Rick, it seems to be running very well except for that paste from Prt Scn thing.
  13. The line tool was better as a separate tool and not part of another one. I hope someone can write a plug-in to fix this.

  17. I use third party themes and when I change the theme the Beta Crashes? I am going back to 3,5 11. This is far from being ready for prime time.
  18. It was a setting . I changed it and now it works just fine. I changed it to fixed ratio.
  19. My mouse works just fine on 3.5.11 and every other program.
  20. I have windows 7 64 Bit, to reproduce this all one has to do is to use the rectangular select tool and try to drag a selection across an image. It starts to work and then stops at about 3 inches.
