I'm new to paint.net and have'nt done much art work. I need to create a flyer for my daughters new business. This involves drawing a bunch of diferent coloured balloons, i've tried using the elipse tool for this but does'nt come out very balloon like, is there an easy way of doing this? All so i will need to print text over the image, is there likely to be any problem when i come to do this?
