Actually it appears darker in MS Paint and IE as well. Looks like Paint.NET had it right and the windows image viewer is actually displaying it too light. Thanks

I have a company logo jpg that was sent to me and I need to make a small modification to it. But when I open this file in Paint.NET, the blue objects in the original jpg are significantly darker. Can someone tell my why this is an how to correct it so that I can modify the file without changing the color? Thanks
