  1. Hi, Noticed a few posts here regarding partial image prints. I am having the same issue. I print full page images and all that prints out is a strip of the image along the left edge. I did have a windows update 2 days ago. I can print these images using other programs. I am able to successfully print images from paint.net by setting the image resolution to 96 instead of my usual 300. Think some type of buffer problem? 1 text file of diagnostics page Printer canon TS5020 Thanks for any help. crashlog.txt
  2. Wow!! Finally!! Been looking for this for over a year. I'm a neophite with PDN even after using (abusing) it for over a year. I have been trying to create this look for the whole time. Now greedy as I am ...... hoping you want to be able to take 6 colours (say red blue green yellow white and black) and do the same thing. Take a photo and reduce it down to 6 basic colours. Great job davidf !!
  3. Sarkut, Thank you for the info and what you describe sounds like exactly what I need. Unfortunately I am such a newbie I can't figure out what you are suggesting other than pixelate. Would it be too much to ask to see an example here showing the other steps? Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
  4. Thanks all. I've tried all you have suggestions and I'm still not getting the result I want. This tells me that I didn't ask the right question so I'll try again. I want to be able to take a photograph and if i zoom in all I will see are pixels of 6-8 basic colours of my choosing(no shadings just the colours I choose). For example, just red green blue white and black. If I zoom out it will look like the photo. The reason I want this is so that I can take the output and use it to make a painting of just dots close together. Does that make sense to anyone?
  5. Sorry, posted to the wrong area .... no way I can see to delete.
  6. I would like to be able to pixelate a photo but have the output be comprised of only 6 - 8 colours. Is there a technique or effect I can use? Any help greatly appreciated.
