yes i mean transparency and yes i clicked the transparency button i tried to leave it checked and unchecked but still my borders aren't blending..............bummer

it seems like when i use jpeg borders blend well but when i use gif. or png..... paint doesn't work although whats weird is, it worked before in the past and i have tried a lot of different things including uninstall and trying older versions... i just feel stuck because i need use gif. or png. i will show you all an example of my work.....
