HI i got 2 quesions for you guys.. 1: when i use the brush tool then there comes some semi-transparent pixels around it, can i make it precise so that won't happen? 2: Can i change the shorcut's to the tools?

Hi, I would just like to hear if you could change the shortcuts from paint.net like the K for color picker to Like I or C, if yes can you tell me how?, And then the other thing, i heard that in Photoshop you can just hold down Shift to make a straight line, can i also do that in paint.net or isen't that a feature in the program?
