Is there a way to stop the program from rounding off the pixels? Im trying to make something precise and this is preventing that. BTW When you change the size of one layer all the others follow suit. This is also a burden.

Is there a way to import pictures to a current document your workin on in paint.net? If not, is there a plugin that does such?
