  1. I was tempted, @Tactilis. But that would apply to all threats t all websites. Scary!
  2. I get the same warning for all zipped DLLs I download from this forum, on the latest Firefox. This has been the case in the last couple of weeks, since I returned to the forum after a few months' absence. I know enough to ignore it but after a while it is gets very annoying.
  3. Nice results! Thank you @Chowie A couple of my results after a few tries:
  4. Another good one. Thank you @lynxster4 Here are a couple of my tries...
  5. Thank YOU @lynxster4 for a well written and easy to follow tutorial for a beautiful image. Here is my try:
  6. my condolences @Maximilian --------- This will be at home in the "rants" thread. After many months, I finally have time enough to play with PdN and return to the forum and I find the SOTW competition cancelled 😞 Thank you @lynxster4 for hosting for so long and also for keeping it going, along with a few others, most notably @Pixey 👏
  7. Congratulations to the winners and well done all who took part. I love the winning entry by @Lemonade
  8. Congratulations @lynxster4 and @Pixey. I thought the theme would attract more entries.
  9. I agree, high quality entries and yes, well deserved win for @Pixey. I saw it like rice paper. Now I read it was meant to be glass, I still see rice paper 😁 . In any case, it's wonderfully done.
  10. Draw a triangle on its own layer and use @pyrochild's Trail plugin to create a line. (To curve the line use the Plugin Index to find and use several of "distort" plugins)
  11. @NSD, created a gem of a plugin, WarpTextOnPath , that does exactly what the OP needs. Maybe it is time to publish it in Plugins - Publishing ONLY! so that it makes it into the Plugin Index and it's easier to find.
  12. Congratulations to @Pixey and @lynxster4 for your beautiful entries. It looks like everyone who voted liked had my winning entry as one of their choices. The funny thing is, I like my other entry better 😄
  13. Another option is Spaced Text. I use it often in presentations.
  14. Option A: Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard while dragging your mouse on the canvas. Option B: Use the "Fixed Ratio" mode Option C: Use the "Fixed Size" mode More on this here <-click
  15. I've done this before: 1. Cut out the train and place the cut out on a layer above the original photo. 2. Blur (or edit in any way you like) the train on the top layer 3. On the top layer, use the Gradient Tool in Transparency Mode to gradually change the amount of the original showing through. Like the technique demonstrated on the Fading / Blending: Gradient tool on a Camaro picture tutorial.
  16. For the attention of any moderator who sees this, the download link leads to this:
  17. You can vary the size of the eraser and all tools using the "[" and "]" (square brackets) keys on your keyboard. For this and all keyboard commands, have a read here. (<-click)
  18. @panosTG, I've had this happen to me repeatedly before I realised that keyboard shortcuts do not work when Greek is selected as the keyboard language. Switching back to English solved the problem.
  19. @toe_head2001, any plans to update this plugin to render QR codes too?
  20. Unfortunately, @ArgusMagnus does not seem to be around any more. It would be a good idea for a moderator to insert a note or a warning in the first post.
  21. Spaced Text plugin by @simmetric should suit your needs. For future reference, bookmark the Plugin Index.
