Kind of... but in a single direction, and with the little wheel that lets you choose the angle. close though. I only use it for a select few pictures. mostly those I want to have the "nuclear explosion" type result. as a matter of fact, I just used Paint.net to revamp the original, and it looks much cooler. However, without the effect I used on the original, I will never be able to do this to another picture.

When i was running XP, there was Microsoft photo editor, and one effect that i cant seem to find/replicate was a pen sketch effect. link to a picture I used that effect on --> http://sp4rt4n150.deviantart.com/art/snow-or-ash-147570517 I was wondering if there was a plugin that replicated this?
