Error Copying To Clipboard in v3.5.7
D3T0N4T0R replied to jterry's topic in Troubleshooting & Bug Reports
Me too, although I've got it in v. 3.5.8. Any ideas on solutions, anyone? -
Looks awesome, but would someone please be able to point me to the Zoom Blur Deluxe and Diagonal Lines plugins? The links on the tut seem to be broken or out of date...

Paint.NET .pdn file history retention
D3T0N4T0R replied to thomasbhacker's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Well... you could type it up in a notepad type file as you work, so that if need be, you can then re-create the image, making any necessary changes. And if you make something really awesome, that would make writing a tutorial for it easy! -
Oh... now I get it. But for making cards, the plugin would be quite good...

I've actually got a plugin that lets you edit text. Not sure who made it, so if it's you, could you please tell me? It'd be really useful. Here it is: Editable Text.zip

And shouldn't this be posted Here? -
Great tutorial. I tried to make it into the shape of the planet from Halo: Combat Evolved, but I failed miserably. Maybe I'll try again later...

Incredible tutorial. I love my outcome. That just looks so awesome. Thank you so much, Pyro!

St1cki3 FTW!!! He definitely gets my vote.

Paint.NET is getting noticed!
D3T0N4T0R replied to barkbark00's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
We should get everyone on this forum to put a comment on that forum saying how awesome PDN actually is. And I don't actually see more than 3 ads and I don't see any big download buttons or carp that the PDN home page was accused of. Strange... -
How Do I Create A Plugin?
D3T0N4T0R replied to Jordan4762's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Yeah, it really bugs me when people have incorrect grammar... Anyway, thanks for the link! But I might just wait a couple more years before I start making plugins... looks a little complicated right now -
@B00k W0rm, That actually isn't half bad for a newbie. Just next time maybe change the way the curves are done. (As in the actual adjustment, the shape is fine ) EDIT: Now that I look at it a bit more, it looks as though you used a conical gradient - I wondered if my explaining was detailed enough But I'd be interested to know how you did it. Now on with moi! After Step 10, I kinda forgot about the tutorial ( Typical me), so I added my own stuff after that. But it looks as though I did pretty much what was written My outcome:

Lovin' that gaussian blur+! And I don't know what I would do without Bevel... -
Nice tutorial. I found it really easy to follow. I would post my outcome, but PDN didn't save the file properly, so I can't open/upload it.
-
Epic tutorial. One of the best outcomes I've had! My attempt:
-
Good tutorial. Here's what I created (I changed a number of things, but the idea was from your tutorial);
-
Here's my go (by the way, that's an awesome tutorial):

Those are some awesome outcomes. Here's my try (I put in some colour, yay!) And I decided not to stop at walls... original picture:

That's an awesome outcome. Here's my result (I didn't change the brightness in the second step, I think. Anyway, The pic was for my band's first album, thought it looked quite cool...)

Yeah. I found that the Ink Sketch, even with its thinnest brush, didn't produce as fine a quality as the method shown above. If you want, ninjajoe56, you can even put the two side by side (or look at the two in the tut) and you'll see the difference. I leave two words as I go off this page. Awesome Tutorial.

LOL! Love that one! But then again, how often do you actually use anything in these forums, apart from the photo touch-ups?I know I do most of it for fun... And, to be honest, I actually prefer the first outcome, Ash. btw, how did the photographer get the photo?
-
Cool! But it really is a shame how the first one was lost...
-
That's cool. I'll use that for my next school project- I usually do animations.

That. Is. AWESOME! I've been trying to figure out how to do this for a while- thanks for the tut! My Result: (Click for the big version) EDIT: Doesn't seem to be showing up. Didn't even realise that I'd attempted this. Soooooo, Here's my (slightly more recent) one:
