Hello all..i just downloaded paint.net tonight and was wondering if there are any tool plugins like the pen tool from photoshop i can download..also i was wondering if anyone could explain to me a little about how to use layers...i have searched the forum and havent found the answers im looking for . any help on these subjects would be appreciated..thanks
