Hi All; Paint looks powerful - I'm a n00b with a question for someone who knows how- I want to read the text from a scanned image of a soviet/russian? military patch. I collect patches that have maps. Bought this one at a street fair in Anchorage but can't read it. So I am looking for a way to isolate the border and change it from a circle to a straight line. Then I can feed the result image into an image ocr to text and translate application. is this possible? thanks for your time, Holly
