Thanks for the fast reply guys, I was able to clean it a little bit using the brush and color picker, but i dislike how fuzzy it came out, if anyone can still help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Its a valuable picture for my grandmother. (oh and i still cant get the cracking out of the facial region but this was my best attempt. Please help, I'm not happy with the results.

Hey guys, I have been trying to salvage this image for my grandmother, its really old and I don't know where to start, I feel like I'm at a loss, I cant use paint brush and color picker, it would take forever. Is there a general tool I haven't noticed? Magic wand picks up on the cracks they are so bad. I'm sure seeing this picture revived, would make her very happy. -Fonz
