Yes, I am aware of irfanview and its black background. I even adjusted irfanveiws defaults to display a white background. No difference. The background, after being saved within irfanview, is black instead of transparency. I'm attaching an example. If I use another thumbnail tool, it still displays a black background once saved as a PNG.

So, I have created a number of 3D movie covers for my personal use. The images came out great. However, when I try to use a batch too to resize the images to something smaller (e.g. irfranview), the transparent background turned black. No matter what I use for batch processing, the image loaded and created has a black background. When saving to PNG with Paint.NET (ver 3.5.4 final), I used the default options. Had anyone seen this before? Any suggestions?
