Random Guy

I recently downloaded Paint.NET and found it to be a useful program. I downloaded a plug-in for .vtf files from this link: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=50 But whenever I try to save an image as a .vtf, it crashes... Any help would be appreciated!
