If you are creating a document, create your doc/graphic in two pieces; split it where you want to add the link; insert the top half of your graphic into your document; type in your link below it; below that insert the bottom half of your graphic.

I am trying to put a hyperlink in an image/document that I am creating in Paint.NET... how do I do it? There is no tool/icon for linking.
