Thanks for your answer,I know how to collocate download time but I think one plugin can help me more to do it.

Showing image file size and prediction of download time for any speed 56kbps/64kps/...... I think this can be add in Save As (I don't know know to program a plugin for Paint.NET can you give me tutorial link??)

Is there any plugin look like photoshop that show us download time estimate?
