  1. New image: Please note that this doesn't go with my sequel of other images.
  2. I agree with chrisco! You should put it in your gallery for everyone to see!
  3. I'm going to have to vote for punishr on this one. LOVE the color scheme. LOVE the concept. LOVE the glossy-esque look. Slightly dislike the fact that it's aliased. Edit: Also, punishr's looks like it took a lot more time than just slapping on text and effects. He would have had to draw all of those lines and everything, and then use creativity of effects to make it look cool. punishr, i would be honored if a tutorial on how that was made was published, but be sure to read the tutorial guidelines first! 8/10.... 10/10 if it was AA CSM, your text is pretty cool, but looks to basic and has no backround to catch the eye. Although I do like the furry look and the concept of the text, punishr's is better. punishr: 3 csm725: 2 -------------------- #winner punishr
  4. Very nice first tutorial! Would be cool also to know what font you used, as that is a very "graffiti" style font.
  5. Yeah, assuming front's sig is 100% pdn i am voting for his. Lukas, I like your sig, it has a nice concept and pretty good for a first sig. Front - 2 Lukas - 0
  6. I think that happens with everything you try to change the format in. You just have to manually type in the extension for it to work. offtopic: for fun I decided to change a .BMP file to a .txt using that method and then opened it with notepad.. was very...interesting xD
  7. Well considering space is my favorite... ptuZ: 2 chrisco97: 0
  8. punishr: 1 falken: 1 I'm going to have to go with Falken on this one. I love the grunge-esque texture he has combined with that color just looks awesome. Punisher, you have some great skill with pixel art, and are a good artist when it comes to knowing when things blend good in an image.
  9. New image. It's too tall for the forum's rules so I am 'hiding' it: Hidden Content:
  10. Thanks! Lol, I rendered fire on a multicolor gradient, did color flip/rotate, then did erode at max amount with squares, did HF/NM at bumpyness 10 after duplicating the layer, inverted the colors, changed to B&W, set to overlay and merged the layers.
  11. Sokagirl told me It would look better with a fire backround, I got just a little bit off track xD:
  12. QFT to above two posts. Spideroti - 3 Ptuz - 1 #Winner Spideroti I enter with this. >>>Resized<<<
  13. Thanks chrisco! It's nice to hear that about my work. I ran clouds with white and transparent, then did a color threshold of the alpha channel and messed with that and got that snowy-look thing Another image to my sequel of "The Depths Below" images:
  14. j.d. your image is nice, but the 'pillar' things are very aliased. I suggest you use alpha mask or try using an AA plugin.
  15. What csm said. It's pretty much half of the Hard Wood Floor Tutorial.
  16. Thanks! and yes I did use radial blur. Then I used Jumble to give it a tile-like look.
  17. Fullsized the images and added in a little tip on the concept of each step in which an effect was done on it. This will help newbies learn why I used what I used.
  18. Not sure whether this should have gone here or in abstracts, but I chose here, since it looks kinda realistic!
  19. Updated my gallery with a "Scenes/Floors" section, to clean up my Misc. section. New image:
