Hi, I am a computer dummy and am using all the programs only as an user. So, I found some nice tutorials on You Tube, but when the teacher opened the EFFECTS, there was a lot of them, but in mine Paint.net only few. SO I am wondering where can I download them? Is there any link where can I get all of them? Becouse, I play a lot and I do not have any special wish for effect. I would like to test them all.
