Cool, looks sweet.
Thanks for the info about the red note, haven't been here in a few years. Glad you guys are still here.
-
Does this work on version 4.0 .6?
-
Yeah I understand. Make sense. At least they're in packs, would be so much harder if you had to download them One by one.
-
Will these plug-ins work on 4.0.17? If not I wish simon B would update them, they're so good.
-
OK, that sounds like a good idea. I just thought there might of been a master plugin vault.
-
Is it possible to download a collection(numerous plugin authors) of some of the top plugins all in one rar or zip file?
-
Hey pyrochild. I had some of your plugins on my old laptop and they're amazing. Great work! I finally got the download to work on the updated ones (2011-4-05) and I can't wait to start using them.
I wanted to note for anyone who might also have trouble with the download; I needed to allow cookies from box.net to get the link to work. Otherwise I got a "User not allowed direct links" error message. Probably a noob mistake on my part. Anyway, great stuff man. Thanks again.
Yeah, allowing cookies made it work for me also.

Maybe it doesn't like Paint.net 3.55? It works for me.
-
Is it possible to extract stuff from images with Paint.NET? I couldn't find a good way to do it. If we had an option in the layer window, to add an Layer mask, and then we had a Magnetic or Polygonal lasso, that would work. I do a lot of extracting things from images, and this would really help. Heck, then i wouldn't need photoshop for nothing and could use Paint.net totally.

//// PREVIEW... ////
Perlin Texture Plugin
What's this?
This plugin is added to the menu Effects, submenu Texture.
It applies a formula based on the perlin noise. You could use it to create a texture and/or to distort a image.
Download the DLL
Plugin PerlinTexture.dll
Cool, thanks for the fast response. Now all we need is all these great new plug-ins in the main pack.
-
The Perlin Texture link don't work. Or did you even create that topic yet?
-
Added Dithers...
The link doesnt work.
-
Same here, I searched some keywords and again nothing happens.
Plug-in removed, problem solved.
Win 7 Ultimate,
PDN 3.5.5
I wish it would have work. Would have been cool.
-
Added Dents 'Classic'....
Do these work on their own or do you need a common .dll?
-
no longer needed...
(but if you have some of my old 'stand-alone' effects, they may still need the old version)
Ok, thanks, good to know. ^_^
-
Can we use the old 3.36 common .dll? I didn't see one in the zip file. Or do you even need one?
-
I did a search on a couple keywords and i always get zero results. It never finds any images, Am i doing something wrong?
Windows XP SP3
Paint.NET 3.5.4
-
Wow, thanks. I didn't want to get .NET v4 right away, and now i can try this beta. Will the plug-ins work now?
-
I think the pinned topics should be more... PINNED. More noticeable. Maybe add a different icon for the topic link?
I suggested this too a couple of pages back in this thread. I totally agree. They were made more noticeable by placing them at the top in their own sub-section. This was done to the most important pinned topics. Now there just scattered about with the rest of the pinned topics.
-
One thing i noticed is the pinned topics aren't grouped as they use to be. The important pinned topics such as; "HOW TO INSTALL PLUGINS/General Plugin Troubleshooting Thread", Icon Plugin Index, Regarding redistribution and copyright of plugins, are not grouped together and placed at the top of the forum. Now there just mixed together with all the other general pinned topics.

Sorry for the newbie question, but how do i adjust the x and y Axis? My sparkles are all at the very top of my canvas.
-
Ok, i see what your trying to say. Simplicity of use, is always a plus. Though i don't think a navigational pallet would clutter up or complicate things too much.
-
Yeah i know, but i prefer to use the mouse over keyboard shortcuts. Its not really a big necessity, but it might be a nice added bonus feature. Would this be a tough thing to code for PDN?
-
I see there's a Tool pallet, color pallet, Layers pallet, and history pallet. Has anyone considered adding a Navigational Pallet? You know like the one in Photoshop and other graphic apps. Where you can zoom in and out, and quickly navigate to a certain part of a photograph.
