Ok yea sorry, it's still not working for me. The problem is I cant get to the dll files at all. I just have the zip and thats it. I've spent an insane amount of time on this, but still can't figure it out.

Sorry, but had a question. Seems like I'm having the same problem as the people above. It took me awhile to finally figure out how to download plugins the other day, but I figured it out..I thought. I've downloaded and used many other plugins, but this one is giving me problems. I really just wanted the lens plugin. I'm trying to download EdHarvey's Newest Effects now. I can't seem to get to the DLL files from the initial Zip Folder (I have Windows Vista). I Unblocked it already and tried opening the zip folder. I did that with the other plugins to reach the DLL files and then moved them to the actual Paint.net Effects Folder and it worked. This one keeps telling me "Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid." I've tried doing this multiple times. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
