After extracted, the *.msi won't install

I tried repairing it.... I also tried installing it and uninstalling it... Nothing works =( Could it be that I have Visual Studio 2008 Team Suite installed? -
After the exe has extracted everything, this is what it shows me. I click "OK" and the installation stops.
