i figured out how to make it shiny i had to paint it in the 2nd layer i dont know how to get the outline to go away and the car just doesnt look like i just painted my car i dont k ow what i am doing i am new

ok i have a mustang convertible but i want to paint her pink w/ black stripes.I do have other ideas as well but kinda want to see a image of what it may look like before i go blow the money then hate it.i have no idea what to do i tried on paint program but i cant make it shiny. if any one can do it or at least tell me how please share i would really appreciate it
