Hello all, This is my first post here and I am a total newbie to paint.net. My questions: 1. how do I convert jpeg to.gif 2. I would like to put the jpeg image (1 file) onto a .gif banner(another file).I know how to resize the jpeg image but don't know how to 'blend' the two images together--i.e. overlay a picture onto a bigger picture. I hope you can all understand my question. Many thanks
