Sarkut, Thank you very much. I got it by doing as you suggested; moving the .dll files directly into the Effects folder.

Guys, Noob here, but I am trying to follow all of the instructions for plugins but I am just not able to get them to work. This is the plugin I'm trying to install: BoltBait's Pack: Feather Transparency Flip Pastel Bevel Fire I have saved it to Effects, extracted all information, went to each individual effect and clicked to "Unblock" them, and still nothing. Ihave closed the program and reopened, but with no success. I am not the most computer savvy guy, but I'm not an idiot either. Your help and understanding is greatly appreciated. Bill
