Thanks but I just said I tried CTRL+R and it's not what I'm after. For that you need to know the exact dimensions or the exact percentage. I'm looking for a way for me to resize it on the fly, grab the edge and resize it.

Hi guys, I'm coming over from photoshop and after using the search function and finding nothing I was wondering if there is some sort of FAQ/Tutorial/Guide for those of us switching over? Right now I'm trying to find how to resize the picture. Only thing I could find was CTRL+R which isn't what I want. In photoshop I could click on the box at the edge of the picture, hold shift and manually resize the image. How would I go about doing that in paint.net? Thanks in advance.
