I've got the .net framework installed.. I have problems when i try to install something and it has to download when i install it. I normally just get an alternative download and the problems solved(not sure if there is one for paint.net thought)

Ok so I'm trying to download paint.net but once i get the file downloaded and run the install, it trys to connect to download the rest of the files and competely install but was unable to connect. So I was wondering if theres is some type of file that is the complete install file that i can download. thanks CJ
