Ok in browser there isn't white box around. I think that's the function of Picture Viewer.

Use the wand to select the white area and press delete.

You will also need to save the image in a format that preserves transarency (generally GIF or PNG).

I tried as you said but it still shows white box around button in Windows Picture Viewer but not here.See here,

I followed your tut but I'm getting this result. How can I make this image transparent so that white box will disappear?
