It is a bit big. The rules say the limit is 500 x 150, yours is 500 x 200

He already has made some awesome sigs, I have seen them. It is just a matter of finding them again

I fixed the image. And, he did install the plugins. Still not there.

I posted a tutorial a few days ago on a graphics site, and one of my friends were going to do it. But, they can't find the "Selection" tab under effects. Here is what I am talking about: It just isn't there for him. He updated to the newest version, and his computer has all of the requirements. Any idea what is wrong?
