  1. WOW! Great job on the new artwork! Amazing! One of my favorites of yours! Keep them coming!
  2. Thanks! I would have never thought about using a splatter brush for metal... Mind boggling!
  3. Congrats everyone! I wish I had entered. But it was still fun to see all those great entries!
  4. I love the gold work in the phoenix artwork! amazing! Connections is great! What an awesome idea! And Christian is soo thoughtful! It has meaning and is really well done. If you dont mind me asking, How do you get that metal work design?
  5. I like it! Great job with the colors and I feel like I am in a tunnel or something! Cool!
  6. Thanks Briamoth! Glad you like! Thank you Chrisco! yes, it is 100% PDN. And it was soo hard to keep it that way. Thank Helen! your comments are always great to read! We also need the hug smiley... Thanks Julio for the comment and your advice! Much appreciated!
  7. Thanks Julio! Its really cool to think about what a future album cover would be for a specific music artist. It gets your creative juices flowing! Here is another 'black star' picture. It was meant to be a wallpaper, but... I forgot to change the size when I started. So it stayed 800x600. I am fairly disappointed at that, but there was nothing I could do about it by the time I realized it. Edit: I would like to mention that it is 100% PDN!
  8. Great pictures you got there! Space beach, like I said in Fans, is awesome!
  9. There were so many entries to choose from. Very hard choice.
  10. Well that is never fun, hope you get it fixed or get a new one fast!
  11. I agree with Chrisco as well. Great sig Stone! Stone85: 3 NOOBz: 0 #winner Stone85 I would like to battle: reminds me of winter!
  12. Thank you both, Chrisco and Barbieq, it means a lot! I know it Barbieq, sometimes I set out with a goal in mind, figure I cant make it 100% PDN, try using a stock and it just doesnt work. The next time I open the file and start working all PDN, it comes out great. I guess thats a good thing. I have not come across a method of creating lightning that I like yet, in tutorials and my own tinkering. When I do though, I might revisit this...
  13. WOW! If it werent for the screen, these would pop right out! The depth is just amazing! You raised the bar with these two artworks! btw: you forgot to take out the ?action=view&current= in the "spring flower" link.
  14. Thanks Helen! For the last two, I used PDN, of course . I forgot to mention that the lightning is a stock and I think there is one nebula... OK, sorry for the delay, but life got in the way. I made these two to look like the previous album covers for Celldweller some examples The lightning bolts are stocks and there is a nebula stock as well. I started this one a while ago, and there are so many layers that I lost track of what was what.
  15. Sorry for the DP, Version two of the wooden sig, I tried to make it look even more realistic. and an apple made using this tutorial. ~895-graphics on DA used this tutorial and made a great picture, so I gave it a try in PDN. I only used photoshop to warp the apple at the end of the tutorial. I love photoshop's transform tools. Sorry, forgot to mention that the lightning is a stock (a couple of stocks) and I think there is one nebula too, I have to look at the PDN again...
  16. Very nice sig! I really like this one! I kinda like the matt finish the pendulums have.
  17. I like the big bang picture! Awesome! I think you could maybe add some more star-like balls of light... Food for thought. And the noon day sun is good too. Im not too sure about any suggestions though, maybe just add more...? I think its a good start, but I also think you could do more with it. Maybe its just me. I tend to overdo things. Great update! Im glad you are still making art! Keep making more!
  18. Thanks Julio! Im glad your still dropping by, I know life is getting busy...
  19. I forgot to mention that I did use a few steps from Welshblue's wood tutorial. Thanks Chrisco, I did use a few steps from Welshblue's tutorial, but I can honestly say that most of it was just me messing around. My current sig was made solely on my own, and looks good as a border. But I couldnt get the background to look good and the text was blending in a lot, so I settled for a different background. This new one was a rematch! Thanks Axle for the comment and for stopping by! Thats OK Barbieq, I have been so busy, I often forget what forums I have commented on and which I still need to comment on. I feel like I am loosing control on reality! Anyway, thanks for the comments! always appreciated!
  20. Thanks JLG! And you reminded me that I forgot to mention that I did use a few steps from Welshblue's wood tutorial. Trying new ideas is always good Julio! You never know when you will come across something amazing! your sig is great! And everyone elses' are great as well! This will be a close one!
