    Can someone please Help Me? ,I've been trying to size a header, I put it at 960 width and 300 height when i put it up to my blog it comes out short in width even when i adjust the width pixels. I don't have a clue what to do? (i'm new to using paint.net) thx www.MommyShops4Me.com
