well hello. i just wanna tell about my recent problem on this Smudge. i have complied to all the said requirements in order to make smudge run but still doesn't work on mine. i have installed the latest version of Paint.NET (3.5.1). i have installed the latest version of my plugin set (November 21, 2009). i have installed the pyrochild.effects.REQUIRED.dll from the plugin set. even so..after restarting my paint.net program..browsed on effects>distort, smudge isnt there.
