    Yes read the topic but nothing there is applicable. Yes .net 3.5 SP1. Have tried disarming virus scanner, and firewall, and even tried safe mode. all with the same result.

    Running XP (32 bit) SP3 and have uninstallled and re-installed .net 3.5 but still get the same error. Can anybody help PLEASE??
