Thanks for the very quick reply! I just tried to post a reply but it didn't work, strange. I just changed the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v3.5\SP to 0x1. That seems to work.

I've installed Paint.NET 3.5.1 but now I'm getting the error message ".NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or later is required." while I'm sure I have that installed. However I did install Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 that includes the .NET Framework 4 Beta 2. Is there anyone else with the same problem?
